Philips associates with Dirac for their first helmet of I

Philips partners with Dirac to get into the game of gaming headsets with the Philips TAGH401BL. I can say that they got the name not the first time. This seems perfectly suited to games like SplitGate and PUBG.

One of the main features of this new headset is the ability to switch between its space designed for games and movies and sound optimized for music with a switch on the USB cord.

Philips seems to take it seriously because Dirac has already had success with 3D audio gaming headsets, so it does not seem to be only a disposable product. I just wish it did not seem so basic. It does not need to be Razer with RGB lights everywhere, but it would be nice if it had a more unique design.

Cesar Acosta, Gaming Product Manager Europe / Accessories & Touch Monitors IT Team Leader Europe, MMD stated:

_ "With our first game peripherals, we have sought to offer our customers a headset that can boost any game session, as our instructors are already doing. Working with Dirac, we have equipped our gaming headset with a degree of immersion and realism that typically found in much more expensive cameras. We look forward to continuing to work with Dirac as we introduce more helmets that push the envelope in terms of quality and comfort. »_

This headset promises a good sound with 3D virtual 7.1 surround sound for an affordable price. It also has readers / closed backs 40 mm and the possibility to fold for compact storage. Without trying, I can not say if it is worth the price, but this seems to be a solid first foray into Philips gaming headsets. You can check the headset here.
