Doom developers have dealt with Nintendo through the introduction of the Doom Slayer in Smash Bros. Get Dust.

Come on, do it possible.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a game in which nothing is impossible (or is very little), and therefore there is always speculation about which characters could be added to his squad. A character whose name is called quite often, the Doom Slayer (or Doomguy or whatever you want to call him), not only because of his presence on Nintendo systems, but also because of the renewed friendship between Bethesda and Nintendo.

Is it possible that the hunter will participate in the fight with six other DLC fighters? Now, as it turns out, Nintendo and ID software have at least argued, although there are no official statements about whether it will actually happen.

When I was asked in an interview with Metro after this opportunity, neut (and the upcoming ewige) director Marty Stratton said, I do not know. We asked you before we add - I do not know. They would have to ask them honestly. We have never been mentioned and said, Hey, DOOMGUY can be there? Smash bros.? But we are open-minded if you want to ask. But we hear it all the time [fans]. Who would say no?

This is not everything that Stratton had to say about this topic. He added that the two companies have versed to use Doomguy Smash, but that's never taken seriously.

I do not even know who talked to whom, but we struggled with them, Stratton said. We have a great relationship with you by bringing you doom 2016 to change and such things. So we have great people over there, but it's one of those things where it says: Would not it be cool?, But it has never been serious, so we'll see.

Well, here is the hope of this joke tut sometime in something serious. Recent rumors suggest that the next character is to be added smash Ultimate will be crash bandicoot. Read more about that here.

Doom EWIG will be released on 20 March for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Stadia. It is also developed for the switch, and although no release date has been set for the Switch version, ID Software indicates that this will not be the case for too long to wait.
